1. Implement the Sales strategy of Gharda and achieve the budgeted Sales Revenue Targets for the assigned Territory
2. Achievement of Sales Revenue Target from Strategic Products
3. Achievement of Collection Targets for the assigned Regions. Communicating and following up with customers for the collection of sticky outstanding payments
4. Conducting field visits and field promotional activities like Distributor / Dealer meetings, Farmer meetings, Mega meetings, Demos, Jeep Campaigns
5. Relationship management with customers / distributors / dealers and ensure on time delivery of all orders
6. Ensuring high Stock Liquidation & low Stock Return rate
7. Distribution Efficiency & Expansion of distribution network
8. Market Intelligence - Stay abreast with latest developments in the industry and in the assigned territory, field activities by competitors, local scenario affecting the business.
